What data we collect and why

We collect any information that you send us directly. This includes the following:

  • Emails.
  • Contact messages.
  • Email addresses when signing up for the newsletter.

We will not share any of your personal information with any third parties without receiving your explicit consent to do so first. We will retain this information indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. Note that we use Mailchimp to maintain the email list for the site, which means that the emails addresses, together with relevant information about them (e.g. how often they open emails from us), are hosted on Mailchimp.

We also collect the following anonymous information:

  • Information about how people use this site, collected through Google Analytics.
  • Information about how people interact with some elements of the site, and namely the forms used to subscribe to the mailing list.

This information is encrypted and protected, and we reserve the right to retain it indefinitely.

In addition, the site’s security system also collects some background information on users, such as their IP address, in order to protect the site from malicious activity. This information is retained by them for a limited amount of time (14 days).

Furthermore, the website’s lead-capture plugin (Thrive Leads) collects anonymous information about the performance of the various lead captures, such as the newsletter popup, and may use cookies to avoid showing you lead captures in some situations, or control which ones are shown.
